Men's Health Forum: This is a discussion on HGH spray within the Anabolic Steroids forums, part of the extensive steroid information at MESO-Rx; Have any of you ever used HGH spray? (the kind you can buy over the counter) my doctor suggested that ...
I bought a case of this stuff long before I tried the real deal.
It helped but ever so slightly.
I even took before and after pics but never took the after pics due to it not really doing anything but helped me dream ever so slightly.
It is not worth much and for just a little bit more money you can get the read deal.
I would love to use HGH, but I keep hearing about "HGH jaw" -- that is, some users of HGH grow an extra long jaw! Facial deformities, damn, that's one hell of a side effect. Anybody know anything about more about this?

I thought the real deal cost a bundle? I know the crap that does not work is not that expensive. I have read some studies on certain amino acids taken at night that will supposedly help raise your HGH one being L-Arginine. There is also a study that says doing what is called Sprint 8 Exercise will increase HGH 500+ % for 2-3 hours. People that have done it say they have actually gained muscle and lost tremendous amounts of fat. Here is a link to a site that mentions the study and workout.
Well, L-Arginine and L-Ornithine together are said to raise GH if taken before bed on an empty stomach.
Also in the presence of insulin the pituitary gland wont release GH when sleeping or during REM sleep.
So if the last meal was protein and fat, its all good.
I think the dose on the stuff above was like 3 grams if my memory serves me correctly.
i do remember having better dreams which is an indication of GH release.
I believe you are having your leg pulled. I know of no, NONE, HGH spray that has been shown to be effective for anything. You are having money stolen from you. Literally. If a licensed physician is recommending you buy HGH spray it is beacuse he has a %. The only effective polypeptide spray at this time is Insulin.
I just noticed the comment on Arginine. It is correct that Arginine will raise GH. In fact, one of the procovative tests for GH deficiency is the Arginine infusion test. In order to have a similar effect with oral medications the does must be fairly high. I tried this a number of years agoand believed it worked. The supplement you purchase is Arginine-Ornithine. The reason being is that are basically equivalent since the body interconverts them raidly. The totla dose is 8-12 grams/nught. This same supplement is good for erections. Arginine is the main contributor to produce NO used for erections and vasodialation. You will not supply these amount from a spray.
