Default hyperthyroidism symptoms but normal labs

I feel hungry 45-60 mins after meal and spacey, light headed dizzy, irritbale, sleepy, muscle weakness etc... seems like reactive hypoglycemia btut hypoglycemia diets dont fix problem
maybe have hyperthyroidism bc seems like I have to eat too much
maybe some kind of adrenal fatigue

Got bulked up a while ago with decent BF, but now got out of shape, with high BF low muslce
having trouble getting back to where I was bc gain too much fat when i gain muscle, lose too much muslce when I lose fat
want to get my body comp back to normal

Had some labs done recently and here are the results, mostly things that are off or out of range... maybe someone knows what this means
(24, yrs, 5'8, 180 lbs, bf- 19-23 percent)

carbon dioxide: 18 (range: 20-32 mmol/l)
total protein: 6.9 (6.--8.5 g/dl)
total cholesterol: 159 (100-199)
glucose: 97
Triglycerides: 54
free testosterone: 21.11 (5.00-21.00 ng/dl)
serum testosterone: 505 (241-827 ng/dl)
% free testosterone: 4.18 (1.50-4.20 %)
igf 1: 318 (116-358 ng/ml)
dhea sulfate: 171 (280-640 ug/dl)
serum estrone: 51 (12-72 pg/ml)

free t3: 4.2 (2.3-4.2 pg/ml)
free t4: 1.42 (0.61-1.76 ng/dl)
TSH: 2.578 (0.450-4.500 ulU/ml)

selenium: 124 (79-326)
serum zinc: 101 (70-150 ug/dl)

energy is good, sex drive is good, strength is good sometimes, bad other times (bad after meals when i get spacey feeling),
cortisol was like 30 couple years ago (range 20-30) but this was blood cortisol test and not saliva test

I feel over aggressive and over-reactive a lot during the day

seems like my metbaolism is running too fast, also feel anxious frequently especially after meals

is this hyperthyroidism/adrenal problem and is low DHEA fucking up body comp and mood?

I don't have near enough information but It sounds like you might be insulin resistant and have adrenal fatigue. It seems like you are having episodes of reactive hypoglycemia. Doctors might label it metabolic syndrome. It can turn to diabetes and it's easily treated. This is very common and it would also make it hard to keep fat off even when dieting.

You find your blood sugar drops down blow 80 after eating. If you get into the 40-60 range you'll get shaking, dizzy, heart rate picks up some, sweaty and nervous.

The cheapest way to figure this out is to buy a Accu Check Blood Glucose meter for $10 off ebay. This one comes with a drum of 17 test strips.
You test yourself when your feeling your worst.

NEW Accu-Chek Accu-Check Compact Plus Meter Kit - eBay (item 190258369551 end time Oct-17-08 01:18:00 PDT)

You should also get an insulin test after a 12 hour fast. Mine was 27 and after taking steps to correct it was under 2.

Also a Hemoglobin A1C With MPG test to see your average blood sugar for the last 2-3 months.

Some other things you can do if your insulin resistant that worked for me. You can doubt that things like grapefruit would work but if you read the studies you'll see why it does.
1/2 Grapefruit 3 times per day.
cinnamon 2 grams three times per day,
generic metformin ER 750mg two times per day. <--- Percription only

Over the counter pregnenolone 25mg three times per day
50 mg of DHEA per day in 3 Divided doses.
Both of these helped totally fix my hypoglycemia episodes and help with adrenal fatigue.

Reset-A.D. from Palo Alto Labs also works for adrenal fatigue.

If you crave fruits then nectarines, blueberries, peaches and strawberries are low glycemic.
The only low glycemic bread that I found is made by Food For Life Baking Co. | Organic Sprouted Whole Grain Bread & Foods! they have sprouted bread that runs about 36 on the glycemic index.

You might be low on cortisol (adrenal fatigue) and the DHEA and pregnenolone can help. You should check your temperature at waking and every few hours to see how your thyroid is doing. You think its high but it might not be.

Looks to me that your adrenals are being pushed to hard and the thyroid just can not compensate for them. Over time thyroid gets burned out and TSH will rise. Addressing adrenals would be the mostl likely solution to the problem as well as further investigating insulin resistance. These 2 things go hand in hand. One must correct both at the same time to help one recovery faster. You may also need to get ferritin levels. If ferritin levels are low then the thyroid is not being pushed into the cell properly. YOur low dhea is defieintly a sign of adrenal issues mainly elevated cortisol and high insulin levels.

ARe you taking Nitric oxide products? can cause elevated insulin response resulting in decrease of blood sugar as so can any stimualtes if previous exposed.
