if anyone suffers from depression

i saw a movie last night called "sideways". it was a very good movie and won some awards. its about 2 guys who go on a trip to the napa valley wine country as a kind of bachelor party before the one guy gets married. one guy is very care free and loves to have a good time;the other guy is very negative and intoverted and suffers from depression. anyway,if anyone suffers or suffered from depression, you will definitely relate to the way this guy acted in certain ways. for example,they met 2 girls and were on a double date having dinner. the 2 girls and the one guy were laughing and having a wonderful time while the other guy said virtually nothing and could'nt wait to get to his hotel room and just go to sleep. i've been there and no what a horrible feeling that is;it really hit home and brought back some flash backs of my depression. the T definitely helps.
