Does it matter what brand of DIM one buys? I know that Phil uses the Indoplex/DIM from PhytoPharmica, but there are plenty of other cheaper brands around such as ones from Source Naturals & Puritan's Pride. Does anyone know if these cheaper brands are just as effective?

Anyone heard of DIM plus by Natures Way? The google board guys love this brand and so I have been recently using it with 30 mg of zinc per day. It does seem to help (judging by morning wood) but I have not checked with labwork yet. It does not appear to have TMG though. Has 9 iu of vit E , 100 mg of DIM complex ( diindolymethane, starch, natural vit E, phosphatidylcholine (soy), silica), and 100 mg of Protectamins ( spinach powder, cabbage powder, brocoli powder).
Maybe if this stuff is no good its just the zinc thats working for me?

From what I have heard they are all the same now DIM and Indolplex so it's about the price and how they come. The one your using did nothing for me but this was 4 yrs ago. I do 50mgs of Zinc with 2mgs of Copper a day and it just took away the sore and hard nipples. Still my E2 was to high.

I have found multiple pill sizes for your brand. How many mg of DIM are in your pills? One I found of the PhytoPharmica brand was for PMS and had 200 mg per pill of DIM and was $29.95 for 120 pills. Thats not bad at all for that strength.
