Default Indoplex - DIM question....
I know Indoplex-DIM will help convert E2 to healthy estrogens but will it help with bloat? Will I have to stick with Arimidex for this? Thanks.

High E2 = bloat in most of us older men so for me just getting it down did not matter how the bloat went down when the levels went down.

Sorry for got to say that I did add TMG to the mix and the first 3 days on it I lost a lot of bloat.
