Huge possible abcess, entire left gluteus maximus.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My whole left gluteus maximus is hard as hell and swollen bad. Not hot or red but I have a 106.5-107.3 temperature and feel kinda sick. It is swollen from one side to the other, the whole part of the muscle.

It was just a shot that I felt bad about right as I did it. I think it wasn't fully healed from the last shot, I hit it with 1.5ml of npp/test prop and my angle was just ****ed, I blew it. I always clean and everything, just bad luck I guess.

Gonna probly go to th edoc tomorrow and tell em I sat on sewing pin or something. Probly get some antibiotics. I had some amoxicillin left over from my child but we threw it out

Just heads up, do your shots carefully and if it feels wrong, re do it. This hurts bad. Gotta use a NSAI and I never use em anymore.

Have fun with your abcess------------

I am considering SubQ shots. This is an old thread. Any new information or current users?

I have been on TRT for 13 years. The first few were IM Test Cyp. Then I went to gels/creams. For some reason, it seems I am not absorbing them as well anymore and I am considering going back to shots.

I use this needles and EOD schedule.
I shoot anywhere under any angle as long as needle is in to the hilt.

This is an old post but was his temperature really 107.3? That's in the lethal range and he was only feeling kinda sick?.

Since you have a lot of experience with SubQ, would you please provide the following information for the benefit of all.

1. How much do you inject SubQ and how often?
2. What difference have you noticed between SubQ and IM?
3. Did you have to lower your T Cyp dosage when you went from IM to SubQ to achieve the same T blood levels as IM?
4. Do you use HCG, and if so, what dosage and how often?
5. Do you take anything to control aromatiozation to Estrogen, if so, what do you take, what dosage and how often?
6. What made you switch from IM to SubQ?

Thanks.
