I was checking out the sea salt selection at my grocery store and they have "Iodised Sea Salt". This seems like a good choice! Would a big pinch of that every morning take care of all my Sodium and Iodine needs? |

I seen that and I did not buy it because it is processed everything I have read says to buy all natural Sea Salt. So I get this. Celtic Sea Salt® - The Grain & Salt Society® - The Grain & Salt Society Or this. Himalayan Pink Sea Salt by The Real Food Trading Company - VitaminShoppe.com If I need Iodine it's better to take the pills it has the 2 kinds of Iodine we need in it. Optimox Presents: IODORAL ®

What u think about this one? I live in Australia so this is nice and local. Sounds good Macrobotic Sea Salt Whole Foods for Optimum Health [WF24] - $6.95 : Non Toxic Life, Get your tox-off with our great range of natural, organic and chemical-free products! We can't get iodoral here either. Any alternatives? |

Yeah that one looks good. You can order iodoral online, this is the best place I found; Iodoral Iodine Supplement 180 tabs $37.95 - lowest price on the net |

Since starting sea salt (just the dodgey one from the supermarket) I've really felt some improvements! I'm very impressed. Today I bought a better one which is unrefined. It's more of a pinkish colour and actually tastes really really good! So I'll start using that. I'm so impressed - my libido has really gone up a LOT. Sounds crazy but true. I'm going to order iodoral from USA now to see if that helps even more. I went to the pharmacy here in Australia and they don't even sell iodine!!! No wonder everyone is deficient - we're told to stop eating so much salt which is the source of iodine, and not even all salts are iodized anymore! Looking forward to trying the iodoral! |

When I first get up I put a 1/2 a tsp full in a glass of water and down it man if I don't do this I feel dam bad allday. Then as the day goes on I add about this amount to my bottled water. I drink about 3 a day 24oz.

I found out about doing this at STTM site and told them when they started on me to do that they are nuts I take water pills to keep from swelling up. Now you will not believe this doing Sea Salt helps me get rid of excess water. Anyone with a Thyroid problem needs to do this.

I think I may have felt better on the refined crap sea salt though. I might take 2 different types of good kinds and the crap kind every day just to cover all my bases hehe |
