Iodoral and adrenal

For people that are interested in using iodoral please get the proper urine test before self suppelmenting because if iodine is not needed it can do more harm then good. People with adrenal fatigue need to be aware that when supplementing with iodoral it will increase thyroid production if you are defieinct. Not only with it increae thyroid but also it will add extra stress to your adrenals which need to be properly supported other wise they will be severely impared. So just be carefully when tinkering around with one homrone if you do not know the interactions with other... I kind of found this out on my own and need to better support the adrenals when wupplementing with extra iodine.

what about iodine in a multivitamin? also, is adrenal fatigue the same as adrenal insufficientcy?

adrenal fatigue is such abroad term, proper term would be adrenal imbalances since cortisol can fluctuate through out the day.

225 mcg HAHAHA ioderal is 1000 times that dosage there is a huge difference
