total T : 400 (241-827) ------kinda low for your age
free T 15.45pg/ml / 4.28%---- normal is abt 2% need shbg test
Serum T : 361 (241-827)
Prolactin: 10.3 (2.1 - 17.1)
Estradiol: 13 (0 - 53)
LH: 2.0 (1.5 - 9.3) ------------ low
FSH: 4.2 (1.4 - 18.1)----------low
Dhea Salvia - 13 (2 - 23)
TSH: 3.9 uU/ml (.5 – 3.0)------high -- dont know all that much abt thyroid
TPO: 1826 lU/ml (0-150)-------high is this right ?
FT4: 1.2 (.8 - 1.2)-------------- strangely normal
FT3: 3.6 pg/ml (2.5 – 6.5)-----strangely normal

Cortisol Morning 8.6 ng/ml ( 3.7 – 9.5)
Cortisol Noon 1.0 ng/ml (1.2 – 3.0)
Cortisol Evening 1.9 ng/ml ( 0.6 – 1.9)
Cortisol Night 0.6 ng/ml (0.4 – 1.0)

might suspect kinda low T caused by low pituitary output of fsh, lh.
possiblely caused bylow gonadotropin releasing hormone from hypothalamus
or possible pituitary anatomy irregularity
or maybe that just the way you are---has there been a change in Sx since puberty ?
good to check shbg and albumin
Dx. hypogonadotropic hypogonadism

Your thyorid nos. suggest subclinical hypothyoridism. Your elevated TSH means that your pituitary is working plenty hard to get your thyroid to produce at its current level. Your free T4 being at the top of the range and your free T3 being in the lower third of the range suggest that you don't convert T4 to T3 efficiently. Yes, your values are within the reference range, but they are suboptimal, enough so that it probably effects the way you feel. It could be at least a partial cause of your low T. That being said, your lab values are from saliva tests. There is a lot of difference of opinion on whether saliva tests are reliable. It would be a good idea to confirm these results with serum levels.

Megazoid is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Re: labs

Guy's, while my levels aren't identical to this new member but they are similar and one thing i noticed was the LOW E2 and elevated TSH, this is similar to myself.

This sparks a question, does low E2 mean higher TSH? Surely a connection between low E2 and hypothyroidism must exist.

Estradiol: 13 (0 - 53)
E2=13 is just barely more than a standard deviation below the mean which means it is at about the 30th percentile of the population. In other words, two out of three people are higher. Not really a low reading.- just a little lower than average and ok. IMHO

I wouldnt worry about the drugs and alcohol abuse- takes a long time to mess things up. Problem it gets to be a habit and time slips by.
Definitly follow thru on seeing a doctor. It wont get better on its own.
