Exclamation Labs I have run and Labs I should run 16 yr old

I've had a few guys help me out on the forum and I apprechiate it, I would like to go deeper with this now.
I need to asses this because there is nothing else I can do as of now.
I need help determining what exactly is wrong seeing as none of the endocrinologist can find a problem.so here it is:

Nutrition, I do everything in my power to eat the best things possible here are some foods I incorporate into my diet on a daily basis:
Salmon
Scallops
Shrimp
Tuna
Assparagus
Brocoli (steamed always)
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Brussel sprouts
Lentils every other day
Sweet potatoes
Frozen peas

Apricots
Bananas
Blueberries
Oats
Quinoa
Lean meat
Eggs
Skim milk
Yogurt
Supplements: Fish oil morning and before bed
B-vitamin along with Multi vitamin with added B-vitamins
Adrenal support vitamin.
Now for lifestyle and sleep:
8 hours of sleep a night, even on weekends, don't really feel like staying up late so going to bed around eight every night waking up around seven in the morning, going to school and after school work at the YMCA as a life guard, (no major stresses in my life)
