is less always more on a very low carb diet
so im on a form of atkins, which involves eating a high fat, medium protein, v.low carb diet. im getting fibre from physallium husks and salad, but i will admit that this diet cant be terribly healthy. none the less it doesnt efect my cholesterol, and its really the only diet i can loose weight on.
my question is whether seriouse calorie restriction to around 1000 calories a day, will make me loose weight faster than increasing calories. i have like 4 meals a day, around 250 calories a day, and i am loosing weight, but i am wondering if i should increase the calories to speed up weight loss further, although conventional wisdom is that less calories=greater weight loss. though i am not sure if that last statement applies on ketogenic/atkins diets.
