Arimidex has a half-life of a few days, so it is not your problem. New E2 is produced all the time, so that 1/8 tab or 0.125mg doesn't matter anymore.
I'm taking 0.25mg EACH DAY and my E2 is not too low.. I had libido back for two weeks too, just with arimidex at that dose, and it disappeared in about two weeks. I'd be willing to say that in your case too your body just adapted and something changed so that libido disappeared. Really, we have no idea what controls libido. We just have some gross idea what prevents it. Perhaps in my case fixing E2 caused some other problem to appear, and the new problem made havoc with libido. In another thread I've posted my E2 values, so I'm definitely not too low. E2 does control binding globulins, so perhaps for two weeks I got higher free testo and T4 and cortisol, and body compensated in two weeks by lowering totals.. Perhaps in your case SHBG increased or..
Two weeks seems to be the time for many that something changes.. Starting
TRT, some feel great for two weeks, and then it stops. Read the old posts.. It seems to be the time for those starting T4 replacement for hypothyroidism too.. First two weeks they feel great and then back to old not-so-great..
I'd be willing to guess 1-2 weeks is a time constant for human body endocrinological feedback system.. Put in some external hormone and body adapts in two weeks by controlling internal production of hormones/binding globulines.
Just an un-educated opinion, a mere hypothesis. Food for thoughs.
