libido stories on arimidex please?

Just wondering from the guys that use arimidex all the time, have you been able to find a "recipe" that gives you really good reliable libido day in and day out with your hrt and arimidex?

What kind of dosage of test and arimidex have you had luck with?

Have you been able to maintain good results long term?

I find it hard to do because there are to many things that influence Estrogens. I for one need to work on keeping in touch with how I feel. I need a hgher level of Total and Free T. I need to be over 800 better at 1000 for Total T. I have very bad joint and muscle pain on lower levels or doing Gels. I am 61 over weight still but down 65 lbs. So I stay in tune with my libido. I check my penis to be sure it gets up first thing in the morning if I did not have morning wood. I am doing 150 mgs. of Deop T shots every week. I also do 100 IU's of HCG eveyday. So for me I am going to have high E2 problems on this much but for me it is worth it. I can get out for walks and go to the gym and work out 3 days a week. I can now work around the house. This time last yr. I was house bound and in a lot of pain.
Today I take one 120 mg. tablet of Indolplex/DIM and a .5 mg. Arimidex eveyday. But on some days it is just Indolplex/DIM. You can eat the wrong foods and have problems with E2.
