Default Lifestyle changes

I haven't posted in a while because i needed a break from hormone hell. Living with no libido and chronic ED is difficult, but i am finding new coping mechanisim's everyday.

I am interested to know what lifestyle changes people have made to help support either going natural or there HRT programs. Here are my changes:

- No alcholol at all.
- No smoking.
- No drugs.
- No soy based foods (Chinese for example).
- Lowered fiber intake.
- At least 1 to 1.5 pints of pure fresh orange daily.
- Multivitamin twice daily.
- 2 liters of water a day.
- Shower 2/3 day's time daily to help hydrate and support skin.
- Use moisture everyday now on hands, feet, knees, elbows and face.
- Lift weights for 15/30 minutes a day.
- Continue doing cardio based job (10+ miles walking a day).
- Get 8 hour's sleep a night.
- Occainisinly take daytime rests.
- Low caffeine intake (one red bull drink a day at most).
- Force myself to go out/socialize as much as possible.
- Cut down on un-needed worry that was making matter's worse.
- Take 25mg's of zinc before bed.
- Eat fresh fish at least 4 times weekly (Scampi, cod, trout, etc).
- Eat yogurt 2/3 times weekly.

I am taking no hormonal medication at present. Going fully natural. The main supplements take are multi-vitamin, zinc and vitamin a 3 times weekly.

I thought this would be an interesting discussion to bring up, so keep them coming.

My lifestyle changes are not nearly as comprehensive, because as soon as I was rid of an abusive and neglectful mother, I started caring for myself as best as possible.

-Become self-employed. Working too much just uses up the T and HC faster than I can take it.

-Do not skip meals. Related to becoming self-employed. Here in Hawaii, many bosses go out to lunch, but do not extend the same to their employees.

-Get adequate rest

Doing the above has allowed me to see the full benefits of hormone replacement.

Mega I too tried to go w/o HRT and stay natural, I tried every testosoterne booster I could find and no luch maybe a few points at best. I worked my way through 2 Dr's before my 3rd told me I had to addresss my thyroid or TRT would never work properly, now still on TRT with 3rd Dr and working with HAN on lifestyle, Diet and supplements my libido is through the roof and having lots of sex with no ed drugs, I am full of energy and sleeping great I can't offer enough praise to my Dr for getting headed in the right direction and HAN for tweaking my lifestyle and diet to have me feeling like early 20's again (I am 41)
