I belive it I have a lot less joint and muscle pain doing T shots every week the gels don't help why I don't know.

I think you joints and muscles need testosterone to stay healthy and when you are low for a long time your joints and muscles break down. The gels don't help me and a number of other guys I have talked to the shots do help to rebuild the joints and muscles.
I am on Celebrex and will be stopping it soon.
