Liver Detox? - MESO-Rx

I have been told by a few people that I need to detox my liver...however, nobody tells me how to go about doing this? I have know clue how to get get my liver out of its imbalance if that is what is wrong. So anybody?

you are going to be asked ' what have you been running and how long ? blood work is the best way to find out what your organs are going thru . I go for my blood work on Thursday .

i havent been running anything really. My liver blood test came back ok. But that doesnt show a toxic liver. Only liver damage. So i was asking how to detox the liver.

If you look around you'll find anything from liver detox diets, to liver/colon cleanse, and a whole bunch of other products mostly aimed at getting your money. When running toxic products there are liver protectants such as milk thistle and liv52 etc...

alpha-lipoic acid, sam-e, milk-thistle, taurine, msm, choline, liv-52,citrulline (if ammonia levels high), calcium glucarate, fiber, colon-cleansing, turmeric, n-acetyl-cystein (NAC), water, vegetable, fruits...

also, why is that everytime I eat something, i get a warm sensation in my body. From there, my skin flushes easily during the day, etc...Eyes also get kind of heavy and reddish after eating. Not sure why this happens? Weird. BUt during morning at work i feel good. THen after lunch, i feel warm in face and body off and on. Always after lunch. Not sure why???What could cause this?

Have you checked your blood presure? Are you drinking a caffeine beverage with lunch?

nope. I usually eat a salad with water or sandwich. Nothing really that major. However, it does feel like my Blood Pressure goes up after i eat. Get hot and flushed as well as skin. This has all happeed really ever since I took trenadrol by kilosports. I heard that does numbers on BP and i think it is still effecting me somewhat due to spikes in BP.??If i go to doc, it goes up to 140 or so over 80. It has been 90 before also. So it does spike every now and then........What can i do about this. Mild Beta Blocker??
