Default Long term effectiveness of hCG?

Are there any indications that hCG will lose effectiveness over time?

What is the longest people here have been using it?

I am a little concerned about it only working for a few years, cauzing de-sensitization... (at the lower 3x a week dosages)... And then being primary, having to use exogenous T, and becoming infertile. (While if I went on exogenous T now and later wanted to try to become fertile, hCG might be effective at kick-starting my system again)

Thanks

This is a loaded question or like this guy I knew from Italy he would say Maybe Yes or Maybe No.
HCG dose what the LH does so as long as you don't put in your body more then what your testis can put out you should be ok. David Z has been on HCG for a dam long time. Doing TRT will shut your down and you have no garntee with you stop TRT that you will start back up again. Some do and some don't like the man said Maybe Yes Maybe No.
