low estrogen and high estrogen signs ?

please can you guys share with us what are the signs of low and high estrogen ,

i took my shot thursday night , and last night (friday ) i was red and had so much anxiexty my bp was up my pulse was 100 ?

im on ten weeks now , and i had a few problems last 2 weeks so i started dim for 3 days after shot , this week i only did 75 mg so i dont know why i would feel like this , i never had a high e problem , maybe i went to loww on the dim , do you get the anxiety when e is to low ?


i wish i can get overnight blood work results ,
