low igf-1 hormone ?

i was on test shots for almost a year and when i can off i was put on nolvadex and hcg for 1 month , when i got my levels checked they were

test - 301 ref 275-1000

lh 2.2 ref 0-10
fsh 2.4 ref 0-10

igf- 94 ref 150 -300

did the nolvadex lower the igf ? im only 28 yrs old

gh may have fallen with the d/c of the testosterone.

what can i do about it , do i have to take hgh or will it come back up on its own

as the test comes back so will the gh. I am assuming the the lifstyle variables are all in place: diet, exercise, and sleep. I am also assuming that your pituitary is in working order.

pituraty is slow for some reason , its been 3 months since i took any test and pct and my test level is still only at 300 lh is 2.2 so my out put is min , is there anything to help it ?diet is off and i dont workout that much becasue i feel like sh@t all the time but sleep is good ?
