Default Low-Mid T, Low LH/FSH , High E2

What can cause this in a 20 year old?

T was 550
LH/FSH like 2.5
However E2 was 58 (12-56)
Pubertal gyno on an athletic kid

So is the E2 suppressing my LH/FSH leading to my medium/low T?

Im currently doing some ADEX but hasnt been long enough to test yet. I feel a bit more morning erections (Which have been absent for ~3 years) and higher sexdrive and no more prostate region discomfort after ejaculation.

It's probably safe to say that this was cause by excess E2. But why would my E2 be so damn high, especially since i have low body fat (11-13%) and decent muscle mass 5'11 170. I also suspect i have adrenal fatigue.

Try some DIM bro it worked for me. Btw i'm 18 and had gynecomastia estrogen went down to normal. Used to be at 53, now it's at 17 but Thats because my test levels are low as well.
