Default Low Test - always cold and sick?

I've been clean from any test, nolva, clomid etc for about 6months now. I ran a scally restart protocol but it didnt work because i later found out i have empty sella syndrome (pituitary problem).

So my total test level was last checked at 9 (10-33) or (11-40) depending on where i get the labs done.

I can't seem to get my core warm no matter how many layers i have on. I have to sleep under 3 doonas and a blanket, and also wear a long sleeve thermal shirt, long shorts, and tracksuit pants in bed. I then turn on an electric blanket and I'm still not very warm!

The other night my girlfriend stayed over and slept in just a thin cotton nightie whilst i was all rugged up like i was in Antarctica. The other people living in the house sleep in just a shirt and a sheet, maybe 1 doona and always say how warm it is. I can feel warm on my skin but my core just won't get warm.

I've been sick with colds and chestiness for the last 5 weeks. As soon as i get better i get sick again. I've also developed bad asthma-type chest symptoms.

Is this temperature issue more likely from low test or could it be a thyroid issue or something else? I had all that tested recently but I didn't see the results. I'll ring my endo for a copy today. What should I be looking for?

thanks

p.s I'm going back on test shots soon cos im sick of being run down all the time.

Sounds like Adrenal Problems read the sticky Adrenal Thread low cortisol levels will do the with a low thyroid. Get a saliva Test that checkes it 4 times in a day. At STTM we use the Canary Clue to do this test.

I was sick like this every winter and after 23 yrs I could not breathe anymore low cortisol was the problem now after taking 20 mgs of Cortef 5 mgs 4 times a day I don't get sick anymore.
