Lugol's Iodine solution - Information/Where to buy?

Just a quick question this time round guy's. I was put off sea kelp because i was told it was "heavy metal toxic" to the body and sometimes this can be hard to remove. I've only been taking it for a few weeks though, so nothing to worry about it.

I heard the best iodine supplimentation is Lugol's (Lugols) Iodine solution, is this true? I couldn't find a UK source for this, so hopefully someone can help out with a good, safe and realible source.

I am trying to treat sub-clinical hypothyroidism here, i will be trying out HCG very soon (when my derma comes).

First you need to have this tested.

I apply a few drops of Lugols Iodine to the bottom of my feet when I go to sleep. Your body will absorb only what it needs. If you use the oral Lugols from what I understand you will also need to take a probiotic b/c it will kill all the healthy bacteria as well. You can get lugols topical iodoine online. Just do a google search.

Lugol's iodine topically should not be a problem as far as overdosing unless you are allergic to iodine. It also may not be effective. All of Flechas' test seem to come back deficient. YOu can always ask the supplement company if their kelp has been tested for heavy metals and would they send you a copy of the analysis.
Lugol's and Iodoral are both a combination of elemental iodine and potassium iodide.

Please be aware that iodoral or hevy doages of iodine will depelte good backteria and will cause stimulatio of adrenals or it can but already adrenals that are not working properly fruther into the ground. Absorbing iodine through skin has been proven not to be an acurrate measure via labortaory testing.. iodine on skin will get absorbed but not enough to have a singificant impact systremically. When starting out on lugols or iodoral start slowly. It caused me severe dehydration and also stressed my adrenal something firece plus was killing off the good bacteria because my sht stunk soo bad and it was normal before taking it..

My test should be arriving today or tommorrow be inteesting to see but I need more adrenal support isocort was not cutting it !! i ran out of maca too and that with ioscort seem to be working really well. I think aldosterone is fine BP was 126/80 probably from the 1 tsp of salt i had in the morning LOL but I need more cortisol especallialy with TRT, cytromel, its just not pulling it
