Is there an increased risk in genetic problems for the foetus when the dad is on TRT (at the time when conceiving a baby)? Is there a scientific study on this topic?

Don't know of any study but a lot of guys here have a kid on TRT and I don't see them posting any problems.

there have been some difficulties with fertility. Not genetic problems.

You should be fine. Your fertility will be somewhat impaired, but testosterone really isn't that great a method of birth control anyways. That's why the World Health Organization had to add a progestin in addition to testosterone in order to make it a viable method.

There shouldn't be any genetic problems. If the woman takes testosterone on the other hand, that's another story.
