If I remember right in the bood Adrenal Fatigue he says we are low on melatonin and should take it as part of the treatment. If you have Adrenal Fatigue you not putting out much Cortisol as it is so if your on HC go for it.

How about negative feedback from taking melotonin caps causing some suppression of endogenous Melotonin?

I don't know about you guys, but I dont' want to screw with anymore hormonal feedback loops, just in case. Or is Melotonin much like DHEA where it isn't regulated by direct feedback?

I think your ok to take melotonin if you do a search you will find as we get older levels go down and we all need to keep this up like we should keep are DHEA up. Maybe JanSz has something from LEF on this.

I know wery little about Melatonin.
Do not know how to determine if one need supplemental melatonin.
Once, in 2005, LEF advisor, Dr Gary Fields told me to stop using soy products and melatonin.
I would welcome if somebody who is familiar with the subject give us little presentation.
