Had a check up Today with Dr O and Shawn. Awesome visit things are really moving along. Finally starting to feel better I highly recommend people going to see Han and Dr O can’t say enough about them!!!! I’ve been working with them over a year now no doctor listen to your concerns quite like they do. Thanks Shawn!!
That's what I need is an experienced HRT person to help me out. I have been on HRT for over a year and really haven't had much success. It did help with my muscle deterioration, but zero help on libido, lethargy or anything else. I get my Test levels checked every 4-6 months and they really haven't increased much beyond thearpy levels (Words of the doc.) I was at 24 ng/dl and after 8 weeks on Androgel I was at 113ng/dl. She kept me on Androgel for 6 months and my levels increased to 146ng/dl. I had a wicked reaction to Androgel, so she put me in Test cyp injections at 200mg every 2 weeks. So far my levels have barely made it over 180ng/dl. But I started having issues with E2 levels elevating and causing issues (painfull nips, and water retention.) I should have stayed the way I was, at least then I didn't have to worry about these rollercoaster mood swings.

Dude you should be dosing 100mg a week and at the minimum split into 2 doses @ 50mg 2X a week. THis alone will bring your E2 down and stop the rollercoaster.. I have been on EOD schedule for past 6 months with no AI..I use
BD Ultrafine II U-100 Insulin Syringe 30 Gauge 3/10cc 1/2 inch Short Needle--1/2 Unit Markings
with no pain in thigh injections

The only reason I'm doing 200mg every 2 weeks is because I was following the doc's directions. I had thought about splitting the dosage, but didn't want to go against what I was told. So, you think 50mg twice a week will help with my elevated E2 levels and keep these roller coaster rides at bay? I'm using BD Lur loc 23ga needles and have a slight bit of injection pain in my thigh for a couple of days afterwards.

It should lower your E2, And the lesser amounts of test injected should be less painful as well
A lot of Drs precribe EOW because most reqired the patient to come to the office for injections. Less office visits mean less you have to pay. If you do your own injections everyone will tell you to dose at the very least once a week but most split that into two doses. There are a few of us who do it more often.
