Default More Transdermal Application Questions

I posted some of what follows in this thread but didn't get any responses. I know these are minor, idiosyncratic details, but I see no reason not to try to optimize my application routine.

I'll be starting on a 10% cream when it arrives sometime next week. I plan to apply the gel before bed because that's a more convenient time and there's no possibility of water exposure (sweat/shower/rain/swim) soon after application since I'll be asleep. From what I've seen, the slower absorption of a high-concentration cream means that non-morning application shouldn't be a problem, since that there's no need to time the small peak in serum levels that comes after AndroGel/Testim application. So anyway, my questions are...

1. What size area should I apply it to? (The answer to this will determine whether I apply it to one or both arms each day. If the latter, disregard question 2.)
2. Should I alternate sides (right bicep one day, left the next, etc.) as recommended by 1cc in his various and extremely helpful posts about T creams?
3. What sort of preparation of the site would be best, given that at the moment a shower isn't part of my pre-bed routine? Would, for example, using an alcohol prep pad to remove any oil/dirt on the skin be sufficient?

Also, somwhat randomly, thanks for all of the help and information you guys have provided. It's really been invaluable.

1. I would put it on the inside of my forearm.
2. You can I did.
3. Just wash and dry.
I don't know if you will be able to sleep putting it on late at night I was not able to sleep it picked me up to much.

Applying in the morning is better because it more closely mimics the way the body produces T, namely, higher levels in the morning and lower levels towards the evening.

Apply T Cream to thin hairless skin such as inner bicep area or inner forearm area.
