i think as long as you only use 200-300 iu per shot and use no more than 2x per week,your testes will not become descentisized. its when you use more than your testes would normally handle that you can overload the testes.. also,using T by itself for long periods time without hcd can cause more damage to the testes due to scar tissue building up from not being active. you need to keep the testes stimulated at least a little...

I can't say all I can say is I have been on TRT for over 23 yrs and my testis were as small as small grapes. Last yr. I tried HCG started at 500 IU's 3 times a week. I was always told I am primary doing this after the 15th shot of HCG had my T levels check and my levels doubled my Testis came back no problems after 23 yrs. No scar tissue no pain just some big ass balls.

Today I so depo T shots 40 mgs every 3 days and the 2 days in between I do 400 IU's of HCG and this is working great for me it's keeping E2 and and my levels up.
