Neuroscience as Chip suggested is good for neurotransmitters. I don't know of anyone testing for acetylcholine outside a research setting. Conventionally you either have enough for nerve transmission or you have a pathological condition with defects in acetylcholinesterase or gross nerve transmission problems. My opinion is that acetyl L carnitine and phosphatidyl choline should provide adequate precursors for otherwise normal people. There is information in the archives about ACL and alpha lipoic used for impotence and libido. There also is research in the conventional literature about ACL used in 4-5 g doses being as effective as testosterone in aging men (55+). This covers the bases (normal aging) of impotence with the others being psychogenic, cardiovascular, neurological, and hormonal. Not to mention side effects of medications.
