Default New Blood test back, do I need HRT?

Ok this was unexpected, I am still getting hot flashes at night so maybe I still need my E2 checked but would you guys classify this as low T.
I will post my old results 1st.
I am 23 btw.

OLD
Taken at 3pm
LH 4.2 IU/L (2-8)
Testosterone 14.2 nmol/L (8-38) or 409 ng/dL (230-1095)
*Free T 31.1 pmol/L (43-138)

New
Taken at 11:15am and 10 days after Orchiectomy
LH 6.4 IU/L (2-8)
*FSH 11.7 IU/L (1-10)
Testosterone 19 nmol/L (8-38) or 547 ng/dL (230-1095)
Free T 59 pmol/L (43-138)

I honestly dont know what to think, I know I am low for my age but if you guys had these levels would you go on HRT?
Hot flashes are enough for me personally, but what do these numbers look like to you?

Your testosterone numbers don't look too bad. Some of the more knowledgeable guys will be of more help to you there.

The hot flashes point to E2 levels being elevated. Did you have that tested?

You may not need HRT, but rather you may need to check and possibly control your E2 levels with DIM and Zinc, or an Aromatase Inhibitor like Armidex.

Are you overweight? I ask because the more fat you carry the more aromatase in the fat is converting to E2.

At your age you do not want to start HRT unless absolutely needed.

Yea I was borderline obese according to the BMI scale(207lb 5'11" or 94kg 177.5cm) in the middle of the year, cause I quit smoking for 8 months and put on 11kgs. A couple of months ago I went on a diet and lost 7kg, atm now(191lb) the majority of the fat is on my hips and stomach and my thighs arnt the best in jeans. When I lose weight the 1st place it comes off is my upper arms and then my chest, my nipples are alil on the puffy/pointy side but every1 my weight I see has this.
I have been overweight most of my life and none of these traits(nipples and fat distribution) is new to me, I dont think I have gyno.

I would actually like to go on TRT the only thing holding me back is infertility, so I would have to weigh things up. I am going to goto my apointment with the anti aging doctor and have him get in touch with Dr John Crisler. I would just like the opinions here for me to put into account.

The thing is, my levels are like that in the morning, but I bet by night time my Free T is even lower then on the 1st test, and my T is probly around 300ng/dL I am guessing.
Is that still classified as having low T if it only drops out of range at night?

Anyways I will see how I feel, well even now as I write this I am getting really minor hot flashes, I have been awake now for 14 hours so I am not surprised.

Testosterone peaks at night while you sleep and your levels will be higher in the morning and wane throughout the day.

It is said if your nipples are big and puffy, that is an indication of high E2, and if they are small and harder, then E2 is in balance or low.

It is good you have you doc contacting Dr. John. If you are trying to get your wife pregnant right now then he may recomend using just an Aromatase Inhibitor like Arimidex, which has been proven to bring up a man's T levels, or HCG, or a combination of both.

You do need those E2 labs however to give a precise picture of what is going on. Keep us posted.

Mate, I'd be more concerned about getting that weight off than fertility if I were you. What's the point in worrying about fertility when you too fat to even get laid?

LOL if I couldnt get decent roots I would of lost it all a while ago, even when I was +11kgs was still rooting, girls these days have no standards LOL.

I just came back from the anti aging doctor, dont know if he is an anti aging doctor but he does treat guys with HRT and he uses HRT himself, although he uses some cream you rub on your wrists, he doesnt prefere injections cause of infertility, he said something about incrimenting the testosterone levels, so I think he is thinking of supplimentation rather then replacement.

The good news is he is willing to work with Dr John Crisler wich is great, he said doctors dont like giving HRT out because of fear of cancer. It was funny cause the doctors office is a skin cancer clinic and there was signs in the waiting room everywhere wich read "we reserve the right to refuse prescribing drugs of addiction, if you are here for that please feel free to leave now" hehe never seen anything like that in any waiting rooms, I am guessing guys must of come in asking for steroid cycles.

Well anyways I got the pathology paper here wich has all the blood tests listed on Dr Johns website, all I gotta do is goto a pathology clinic on monday and get the blood test, but then my next apointment is in 6 weeks but that doesnt matter cause I can wait that long, in the mean time he is gonna give me the results over the phone when they come in and I am going to be speaking to Dr John. My doctor even said he could work something out like maybe mail the prescriptions to me.
