I did a little searcing and came across "Leuprolide", "Nebido"(Test. undecanoate) and a nasal delivery system called "Nasobol".
The clinical trials on hypogonadism is very interesting.

Not sure when it'll come out.. will probably be a year or two, at least.

From what I've heard, it is supposed to be a sort of 'super clomid' (with all of its benefits and none or very few of its downsides); in essence, the first oral testosterone delivery system that actually works. The mechanism is the same as with clomid: direct stimulation of the HPTA to boost your own LH output and by that extension testosterone, so it would be even better than HCG, which is HPTA suppressive.
Would certainly be a convenient solution for those suffering from secondary hypogonadism.. just pop one single pill a day and you're all set.

Nebido (a super long acting injectable) is already available here in Europe. I've heard mixed reviews about it.
