Thanks for the reply Dr. Marianco and all we did lower my HCG down to 250 IU's and my levels came way down. I don't feel like I am to low. I have been on Cortef 10mgs in the morning and 5mgs at noon and dinner. Test before last adding the Cortef my Total T, Free T and DHEA went way up. And my E2 with it. My Dr. has had me on
Dyazide/Triamterne/ACTZ 37.5 mgs. & 25 mgs. 3 x's /week.
Test before last I had my Dr. test me for secondary hyporeninemic hypoaldosteronism because every time I get this bad fatugue I also feel hot and sweat a lot.
so we checked this.

I read this about it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hypothyroidism can mask hypoaldosteronism and I've read in my medical books that hypothyroid can block the production of renin. If you are on proper cortisol replacement and Armour (happens usually with less than 3 grains) is causing your pulse to go into the 90's or higher (I've seen some that will reach 120 or more before treating their hypoaldosteronism), then definately test aldosterone, renin, sodium and potassium and get opinions of these tests. This is by Chris at Hypopituitary Issues at http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Aldosterone = 8 test was at 8am upright range < or =28 ng/dl.

Renin = 1.5 test was same as above range 0.65 to 5.0 ng/mL/hr.

Sodium = 1.43 range 132 to 149 mmol/L.

Potassium = 4.0 range 3.5 to 5.5 mmol/L

My Dr. feels I don't have this problem but let me stop as a test the "
Dyazide/Triamterne/ACTZ 37.5 mgs. & 25 mgs. 3 x's /week."

Because I have been adding Sea Salt to my water one tsp a day for some time now and I understand if you have this problem you should not take this med.
Dyazide/Triamterne/ACTZ 37.5 mgs. & 25 mgs. 3 x's /week. So far I have not taken a weeks worth and don't feel so hot anymore and losing a lot of water weight.

I am going to get some 15 mg. pill of armour and add to the 3 grains I am taking I take one grain under my tongue 3 times a day so I don't have to worry about food. My Temp 3 hrs. after I am up is 98.4 then the next one at about 2pm is 98.8 and the last one is 98.6 so not bad. When I started my Temp avg. was 96.7. My heart rate is 85 and BP is 117/76.

I big problem is Fatigue I can't last more the 10 min's on the tread mill but it looks to be getting better. 4 weeks ago I had to rest just getting up to get a glass of water.

I am going to start sending my labs to Quest from now on the lab my Dr. is using keeps messing some of my tests last month they missed my FT4 now this test they missed my E2.

Some people are telling me I should try going up on the Cortef to 25mgs or even 30 I don't want to push this on my Dr. he tells me if I get upset or over do it to stress dose.

I do more blood work in 6 weeks.

My SHBG come in low 22 range 23 to 38 nmol/L.

.
Guessing your Albumin=4.3
your sweet spot with TT is around 765 ng/dL
if nothing else would change (but it will) your would have:
FreeT=213pg/mL
BAT=5ng/ml

that would be close to what healthy young man had in this study, table 2 &4
