New protocol.

I went to my hrt doctor yesterday for a checkup and told him the HCG was doing nothing for me. It only raised my levels up to 501ng/dl from 314ng/dl. No change in any of my symptoms.

So he put me on a new protocol of 5g of androgel (4 pumps) and 250iu of HCG 3 times a week(MWF). I go for a blood test in one month.My only problem is he told me a conflicting way to apply the gel. He said to put two pump on each forearm and spread it up the arms and shoulders. Does this sound right? It's way different than the package insert and swales advice. He said not to put it on the stomach.

It also doesn't seem like a lot of gel. I thought there would be more. It seems like each pump is under a tabe spoon big, is that correct.

Yea its only 5 grams, thats 5 fish oil capsules. I would try to apply it to a smallest area as possible on the upper arm, despite what he has said. But he does seem to know abit, hes put you on swales protocol already.

This can work HCG got you up to 501 so adding Androgel 5 grams can top you off. You don't need to put it on the way he said I did all kinds of ways and they all worked. When using gels you need to spread it out over your upper arms and shoulders and down your back as far as you can reach but do not rub in it let it dry from wet. If you see frosting you did not spread it out enough. I took a shower then shaved first then put on the gel. Then I eat and after this I put on a shirt. Did your Dr. leave your HCG dose the same or did he cut the dose.

HCG was changed to 250iu three times a week. Its down from 350 IU eod. I put some androgel on today, but I rubbed it in by accident (duh). I also didnt shower before. I'll do it right next time. How long should I wait before putting on a shirt? I know this is an impossible question, but about how many ng/dl do you guys think this will move me up?

It's hard to say but because he lowed your HCG get tested in 2 weeks so you don't crash.

If you go with another tube (2 tubes/day total) plus your HCG,should be fine and might T go up to the high side,but this depends.

If I put my androgel on in the morning, when should I take my HCG on the monday, Wednesday, Friday.One more thing, I tried to put the gel on the way swale says but it didn't go well. I think i'll stick with the 2 pumps on each forearm and rub up way my doc said.
