nipple is a little tender again

Need some help since so little is availiable where I live.

I did a few cycles when I was 20 and had great gains but did not come off like I should so I ended up with my right nipple becoming tender, gland swelling, and a little discharge which all went away a few months after I ended . I again took when I was around 24-25 and again had good results and ended up with the same problem that ended shortly after my cycle ended.

My current problem is about a year after that first cycle aI had a big drop off in sexual desire and started having increased body fat. I went to the doctor for the first time when I was 27 for this isssue and tested right around 240 for my testosterone level and since I was told I was in the normal range I was stuck. I got a new doctor about 1 year later and again got tested and started the sublingual testosterone under the tounge in the smallest dose and my level dropped to around 180 after 2 weeks . I was told to see an endrocronologist to take another test which came in at 260 so I was again told I was in the normal range so there was nothing I could do. I have had this swollen gland in my right nipple since my first cycle ended and I can always tell when my level is up or down based on it and how I feel. I moved to a new area and found a new doctor who treats the person and not the test and put me on Testosterone Cyp about one week ago after I tested around 360. A few days after the first injection of 300 milligrams /1.5 cc (I think) my right nipple has again started to become tender. I talked to him about it and he is stumped and I consider myself to have pretty good knowlege on the subject but can't figure out how it started so fast and why. I can only assume I have an elovated estrogen level which increased when I started the test due to the conversion. I need some ideas why this is happening and what I can do to stop the nipple soreness because I do not want full blown Gynecomastia. I know I need the testosterone therapy because I can't keep going on having the sex drive or test levels of a 70 year old man. In my opinion I need to take and estrogen blocker and want some advice on which one or if I should switch testosterones to a more user friendly version if there is one and which one would be best suited. My doctor is open to working through this so I forwared many of the rearch links to him so he can research as well.

It is high Estrodiol "E2" doing this and mose men that have done steroids have this problem. There are 2 things you can do see if your new Dr. will work with Dr. John and try and jump start your HPTA to make Testosterone again. You can read how to do this with Dr. John at this site www.allthingsmale.com.

Or get your Estradiol tested if it's high then take Indolplex/DIM this is sold OTC or get your Dr. to give you Arimidex.

If you do the DIM get this brand I know it works.

Take one tablet at dinner time in less then a week you should get some morning wood that is so hard it wakes you up. This means you have your E2 down in the zone keep taking the Indolplex/DIM but if your wood stops stop taking it. I use wood as a gauge to not go down to low.
When the wood comes back go back on the Indoplex/DIM but cut the tablet in half. Keep doing this until you find the right dose. Between the wood and blood testing this works.

If you do Arimidex you need to cut the pills into 4 parts and take on part .25 mgs every 3 days use the above info with your wood to dose. Some men need to only do .25 mgs every 5 days or more.

As to the way your doing your shots 300mgs is to much way to big a shot at one time most of the shot gets turned into Estradiol this is way your nipples acted up so fast. Try doing 100mgs every week or like me do 50mgs every 3 days using a small 27g 1ml x 1/2" lg. needle to shoot into your thigh. Doing this keeps you more stable and helps to keep E2 down.

Also get some Zinc/Copper and take this everyday it helps keep E2 down.

I was hoping you would respond from looking at your previous posts it seems everyone respects your opinion.

I have never heard of Indoplex but I will talk to my doctor again to see if they checked my E2 levels which I assume they did when they did a full work-up. He said every thing from the tests was good except my testosterone and he said my billyruben count was a tad high, around 8 or 8.5.
I have read about Arimidex and I reduced the testosterone injections like you recommended and moved it to every 10 days instead of every 2 weeks. What are your thougths on Proviron versus Armidex. I know they are two different birds but it seems Proviron works with the Test and might be more cost effective. I started taking a zinc supplement in addition to the Sawpalmeto, omega 3, multi vitiman, glucosimine, and my daily protien shake or two.

I need to ask what the affiliation to Dr John is on this site and I have read that he will work with my current doctor but does he charge for this?

Yes Dr. John will charge you for this he will be on the phone with your Dr. a lot. You don't need to talk to your Dr. about doing Indoloplex/DIM It is sold over the counter. Let me ask do you get morning wood or can you get it up for sex. If not get the Indolplex/DIM and take one tablet at dinner time here read about it. It is just a product from Veg's.

Yes I get wood about every morning especially since I started HRT. Before the quality was not there and morning wood was hit and miss in addittion to low sex drive. I just did some research on Proviron and it peeked my interest but don't know any one that has used it.

Mate i would also get your Prolactin levels checked as you symptoms could also be a result of elevated prolactin. I had a prolactin sectreting tumour which shut of my natural T supply, it also caused Gyno and excessive weight gain. Maybe worth a check.
