Well your T levels are very low. How did you end up with such low T levels at your age? Have you done any other labs?

estradiol is a pretty important test to run that you don't have on there, it might explain the reason for all of the other numbers

Look at those low LH and FSH values. If that is not due to trauma to the pituitary or use of steroids or prohormones, welcome to the club of idiopathic secondary hypogonadals. Barring any contraindications to TRT, HCG + T will probably improve your life greatly.

no I havent ever used any steroids, so I guess this would explain why I have no sex drive towards my gf.. and cant seem to gain an ounce of muscle in the gym. I guess in some ways I am exremely happy that I found out what the hell is wrong with me but in other ways I am a little bit nervous... what kind of test can expect to have to go through next before I get something to fix my problems... thanks for the help guys

For me, a pituitary MRI with and without contrast dye was the next test. Barring something odd, you usually do not see anything on there. Another possible test that I wish I could have had was an HCG or clomiphene stimulation test to determine how much production capacity your testicles have. Because your levels are within the reference ranges, I doubt an endo would give a damn. Lots of them run up a bill testing you, only to send you on your way untreated. Search my previous posts, my experience is very common among hypogonadal men.

Have you always had symptoms of low T, or did it happen at some point?

it seemed like it happened gradually over about 6-7 months(sex drive was slowly going down+ I went on a bulking diet which was pretty clean and all I seemed to gain was fat little or no muscle and I packed on about 23 pounds so some of that should have been muscle), but then about 3 months ago it got really bad in terms of sex drive and ED

Well being overweight or perhaps putting so much weight on so quick, can cause a big increase in Estrogen levels. The increase in Estrogen can cause your HPTA to think it does not need to send signals to your testes to produce T.

It would be a good idea to do labs for Estradiol and Total Estrogens. It is possible that you have too much Estrogen, and perhaps loosing weight will correct this problem, or perhaps taking something to reduce Estrogen will help correct this problem.

Did you take any other supplements or drugs to help you "bulk up"? Perhaps something you have taken might have caused this as well. Have you used any product for hairloss, like propecia?

well I have already lost the weight and I am down to a low boy fat percentage, probably like 8-9%.. I didnt take anything out of the ordinary to bulk up just creatine, so I cant seem to figure out at all what would cause this drop in T.. but I guess somethings just happen

I have read in the past, that supplements such as creatine can do damage to the liver. Maybe you should have your liver enzymes checked, also Total E, and E2 as 1CC suggested, sometimes liver problems will lead to elevated estrogen levels, which will inhibit the HPTA.

I do not know of the validity of the claims for creatine causing liver damage, but I do believe it was something I've read in the past.

well I actually did have my liver levels checked and both my ALT and AST were a little bit high(doctor said nothing to be too concerned about yet, he wants to do another blood test in a few weeks and see if they went down). My BUN levels were high(which is probably due to a high protein diet) my colesterol was low 128.

evry low cholesterol such as yours can be an indication of some sort of illness, ask your doc about that. do plenty of cardio and add some fat to your diet. without fat, your T levels can be lower.

Your cholesterol level is too low. Test is made from cholesterol and if it's too low, your t will follow.

why would I want to do cardio? I have recently started eating some whole eggs and added muscle milk to my diet which has 18 grams of fat 8 of them saturated.
