Default overtraining ?

am 250 lbs , very out of shape , high blood pressure , low testosterone , i am on androgel for that , any way , today we did legs and i just could not go anymore ,i was so tired and out of it , and this has been going on since friday this is what im feeling :
tired
week
low sex drive
depressed
irritated
high heart rate around 85 , norm 65
just out off it

is this over training , my trainer says maybe but i want to know , so i can fix it , and what do i do to fix it besides rest ?

Yes, more than likely it is. Yes you can fix it:

You must start out slow and take Baby steps.
I kid you not after a 5 year layoff I started out only 15-20 minutes 3 x a week.
Then 4x a week
then 30 4x a week
Then 40 min 4x a week and so on.
Baby steps especially if you out of shape.
What good is working out if you have a heart attack.
Those times did not include walking.
It wouldan't be bad to take at least one day off in between all sessions.
not includeing walking.
I was 260
now 240 @ 10% bf.

i only do 45 min 3x a week now , plus manual labor for work , so how ,much time should i take off , i felt worse today , nausa , tired , very irritated , week ? \\\

You need to go to a Dr., something ain't right.
but it also depends on your workout, you haven't said what your doing.
Nausea means overdoing it.

i went from sitting on my coach for 4 months to working out 3 x per week plus doing construction ,

legs - mon
back , bis - wend
chest tris - fri

45 min plus abs , 10 - 15 sets to faluire

diet has been really good

trainer told me to take rest of week off , so i will any other thoughts ?
