I have a ton of new visible veins in the penis, one that seems varicose, that I am 100% positive were never visible before "the problem".

Guys, this is probably a stupid question but how do you know if the veins are vericose? I am also in good shape but have had the same symptoms for a LONG time. As you can see in my recent post I also have high T but didnt have the thyroid test done...even though I plan on doing it soon. Thanks.

Sounds like you may have adrenal problems. Read the following link and do the questionnaire mentioned in the link and post the results.

Do the following labs.

Prolactin
Estradiol
DHEA Sulfate

My 2 cents. First thoughts after reading this post are that you definitely have a physical problem less complex than hormones. I was thinking potential blood clot in the stream??? You did not mention skin color. Does everything look normal in color. Varicose veins are tipically stretched veins that occur due to the backward valve in the many sections of a vein starting to fail. When this valve fails, the weight of the blood increases by how ever many sections of vein the valve failure has occurred in. They are also usually in the legs when the most circulatory stress can be found. As blood has to travel back up, of sitting you may cut off return blood flow increasing the pressure on the veins as the blood tries to return to the heart. You may want to request some bloodwork to determine clotting factors. I think there is one that they give people who may be having a heart attack that can determine what your current clotting situation is. I am not sure exactly. Just my thoughts.
