Please explain to me the HCG injection process

I have Pregnyl and I know I need to mix it and I know it must be refrigerated, but I'm not sure on the best way to mix it.

Once I break open the two amps, do I pour the water into the powder? Or do I mix it in a syringe?

If I mix it in a syringe, do I then inject it through the rubber of a sealed vial or do I buy an open vial, mix it in there, and then seal it?

Also, I hear that people use 27g needles, but I can't find that size in any of the websites I checked (the ones that advertise or have been posted here).

They go from 25g to 29g.

Before you mix, you need buy sterile empty vials and bacterialstatic water. Email me and I'll tell you where I buy them.

Ditto the above. 29 gauge is just fine. Like was said above get the BA water and empty vials. I can tell you where you can get all 3 items with great service if you still need help.

Your two ampules are one of powder and one of dilulent (water), correct? One of them isn't a vial with a rubber diaphram on the top?

Gnerally, you break open the diluent and then with a syringe draw in the fluid, then inject it into the vial with the diaphragm. There should be mixing instructions in the Rx box...?

I always do HCG with a 30 guage insulin needle, but my doc has me doing it SubQ, not IM.

I ended up buying HCG from one of those foreign websites because my doctor refused to write me a script. So it was sent to me without instructions. Just the Pregnyl amp and the liquid amp.

To everybody else who answered this thread, thanks for your input. I already ordered my syringes, needles, vials and the bacteriostatic water as well. I plan to follow SWALE'S protocol on dosage.

Do not use the dilutent that comes with the Pregnyl. If you do, you should probably plan on using all the mixed HCG at once, as it will not keep...even refrigerated. How many iu's are the amps....5000?

Yes, it's 5,000 IUs. I ordered the bacteriostatic water because I read on other threads that it was recommended, but I didn't realize it was because the dilutent would not keep.

So will it be fine if I mix it with the bact water? How much Bact water should I mix in with the 5,000 IUs?

The amps you have are designed for 1 time use. If you use the supplied solvent the potentcy of the HCG will likely diminish after a day or 2 even with refrigeration.

For a 5000 iu amp, I recommend this:

Draw 1cc of BSH2O into a syringe. Open one 5000IU amp. Inject the BSH2O into the powder in the amp. You now have 1cc of HCG containing 5000IU's. Draw the liquid out of the amp and place in the sterile vial. Now draw 4 MORE cc's of BSH2O into your syringe. Add this to the sterile vial. This will give you 5cc's of HCG at 1000IU's per cc. To inject 500IU....use 1/2 cc. To inject 1000IU....use 1cc. Be sure to maintain sterile conditions throughout the above procedure.....swab the amp, sterile vial, and BSH2O vial with alcohol. You can use 1 syringe for the above, however, I would recommend you use two.....one to draw and transfer the initial cc and 1 to add the other 4 cc's of BSH2O. That way you don't risk contaminating your BSH2O vial. You could also put 4 cc's of BSH2O in the sterile vial first and then mix and transfer the HCG (1 cc) to the sterile vial....this way you can safely use 1 syringe w/o risk of contamination to your BSH2O vial.

The same happens with testosterones like enanthate which are oils?
I have one ampule enanthate 250mg and doing 125mg a week which means from the time i will open it i will have it in the fridge for two weeks .Doesn't loose its efficacy?For how many days could be keeped in the fridge?
Could you please answer cause i have done an injection which was in the fridge for three days and if the efficacy had gone i must do a new one by now.

No worries, testosterone is much more stable. If I had to use ampules, I would sterile filter the contents into sealed sterile vials.

I am Greek and do not understand enough this,I do not think here i can find sealed sterile vials.Is it an emtpy vial?Could i put the remain testosterone in a new syrrige to store and how?
How many days can be kept in fridge without loosing efficacy?I have ask a many many people here like pharmacists and noone is sure,also for the HCG too.
