Possible symptoms of high estrogen

One symptom i have experienced in reddish eyes. Get worse when waking up, while working out, etc...Not really sure if this could be due to my high estrogen. I dont think its dry eyes becasue i see tears, just reddish eyes. My cortisol is also high...coudl that be another reason. My skin flushes easily and sometimes just red rashy when hot. kind of like histamine release. But just wanted to know if eyes could be related to hormone imbalance or estrogen?
