Umm why hasn't anyone told the original poster to drop his Testosterone dose a bit to bring him into range, which would also lower his e2?

I plan to as I don't want to push my luck with my health. I am just thinking if I should continue with every 3.5 days with a lower dosage or same dosage spread out over more days.

Stay on the same plan just lower the dosage.

You need to lower your Serum Test by about 40% to put you at the top of the range. 1299 - 40% = 779.

So if you drop your dosage by 40% it might match up fairly well, so 100mg - 40% = 60mg shots.

eeso... I had been hollering to him to drop his test on the other board.... but no word to be heard... When people have made up their mind on something, usually high test triggers selective hearing as one of the side effects... lol

NATURAL production of testosterone tends to be highest in the morning and fall gradually through the day which is what this graph is showing. If there was a trendline drawn through the graph you would see it better.
That's a good point.

Don't want to feel 18, just want to feel 25 (not 60 like I do now).

That is a huge drop. The reference range my lab uses is 400-1100, so he's not too far out of range depending on the RR you use. Maybe a more subtle reduction first to see how it impacts E2?

Drop to 90mg shots then, and then 80mg if it's going well. I was just going off the references range in your original post.

It sounds like the 3.5day dosing plan is working for you, so just drop the dose however you feel you should.

Should I worry about the estrogen.

Lower your weekly dose to about 180mg/week
better yet do blood test at Quest, this test
Testosterone, Free, Bio/Total (LC/MS/MS) Quest Diagnostics: Test Menu

and look at BAT
you want to be at the BAT~575

Think of your slightly high prolactin
================================================== =============
Your estradiol test is wrong, you are high any how.
Use 0.4- 0.5 mL of Liquidex everytime you have a T shot (that is twice weekly.

Do thise test at Quest:
Estradiol, Free, LC/MS/MS (36169X)
you want to have
FreeE2 (0.45 - 0.6)
or E2~29
more accurate when using FreeE2, use Liquidex to adjust.
