Default Problem with high test?

I have been on 200mg of test cyp. It is broken down to 100mg every tuesday night and saturday morning. The blood work listed was done on friday morning. I feel great and the classic symptons of andropause are gone. Before my levels were at 380 and I felt like an old man. What do you guys think? Is high test a problem? Should I worry about the estrogen.

Looks like you need some estrogen management, perhaps with arimidex. Talk to your doctor about that. You could also reduce each injection a wee bit.

Perhaps more importantly: HOW DO YOU FEEL? Your lipids and liver function look great.

Wildfox: Dude said he feels great in his post.

Nemesis: Your numbers are fantastic. You have more weakly bound/free testosterone than I have total. You must feel like a demigod. I imagine that you'd feel even better with a little estrogen management. Nice work, man.

To be honest I feel as I did when I was younger. Until age 35 all I had to do is look at weights and I would grow. I could beat my body to the pulp and all I needed was 8 hours sleep and I would recover. I now feel like that again.

Does anyone know how high a persons test levels can be naturally (and I am not talking about what the labs say)?

First off, that cannot be true. If so, then lab results for guys on TRT would be wildly inaccurate unless tested at the same time of day each and every time.

When someone would ask, "What's your TT?" You'd have to respond, "What time are we talking?" Ridiculous. I'm willing to grant you that T levels are highest at one point (i.e., early morning) and begin drop off thereafter, but I doubt seriously that you'd see a 100 pt swing in an hour's time.* The word that popped into my head when I saw that graphic is "random," meaning that there seemed to be no rhyme or reason for those changes. I don't believe it.

Nevertheless, I think Nemisis was asking for figures for a practical maximum for natural testosterone levels. For example, evidence of all natural guys going as high as 1,500 ng/dl.

* This assumes we're talking about day to day figures. I'm sure a dude's T could drop by a 100 or more point the instant he learned, for example, that he or his wife/child/parent had cancer.

Interesting. I'm 25 and I can only remember feeling that way when I was 18, 19, or 20. From 21 on up, though, I feel like if I looked at a weight I needed 8 hours of sleep to recover.

Try to find something that shows avg. levels this is all I could find I showed it to my Dr. and he said this is about right. But he did say this are what your body makes not what you need on TRT. I don't understand how so many of use can be on TRT and there is nothing that shows what a mans avg. T levels are in a day. I told you you would not believe this I did find some info about when T was first used and can't find it they had avg levels in this old study.

You are trying to compare TRT to NATURAL testosterone production. There is no comparison. This chart can be an accurate depiction of NATURAL production, not injecting yourself with esterfied testosterone twice a week. Natural production is VERY pulsitile so a single blood draw is of much less value than if one was on TRT. NATURAL production of testosterone tends to be highest in the morning and fall gradually through the day which is what this graph is showing. If there was a trendline drawn through the graph you would see it better.
