Default Prolactin.....?

Hello - I received some blood work today..

testosterone 29.4 nmol/L (which I believe converts to approx 850 ng/dl)
prolactin 21.2 ug/L (referance range 2.0 - 15.0)

Couple questions / little background - I've never used anabolics - just otc supps such as trib, tongkat ali etc. (more so for mood enhancement than for any belief that they significantly raise test if at all). Oh and very low dose adex once or twice a week to keep any estradiol brought about by the trib under check.

Because of the higher than normal prolactin levels the doc is gonna have me retested to rule out pituatary tumor etc. Its not a very high elevation and is probably nothing according to the doc. Technicality that he has to go through now.I'm pretty sure its being caused by fenugreek thats in one of the 'test boosters' I use as I've read somewhere that testofen/fenugreek can elevate prolactin.

The elevated prolactin seems to make sense with some of the symptoms I've been experiencing - fatigue/lethargy moodiness etc.

What's something I can use to lower prolactin? Anything natural out there that works? Anybody have any first hand experience with this? Thanks in advance - seems to be a lot of knowledge on this board.

Oh - another question - with my test levels being what they are - is it worth it to go the anabolics route or are my natural levels high enough? Opinions... Cheers

You dont need AS.
Aside from letting the doc rule out the pituitary tumor, why not stop all the supplements for a month and retest the PRL?
Arimidex is a potent drug. You dont want to depress your E2 too much- it has cardiovascular protective effects.
