Default Prostatitis >> Testosterone or Estrogen to blame??

I am getting frustrated from my finasteride induced prostatitis lately. Its been very strong, pains all over, difficulty urinating and have to sit on ice packs to alleviate my testicles from the flaming sensation

To treat it till today i have tried Ciproxin >>> took my to the psych ward, with hallucinations, depersonalisation, headaches, intracranial pressure, spatial memory problems, weird immune exacerbations and so on, symptoms havent dissipated yet i suffer from serious damage to my stress axis according to docs since i took it, 14 months and things are moving slowly.

Bactrim >> didnt do much just a bit antiinflammatory action i guess

Ayurveda Speman >> Increased my testo levels initialy through LH but then increased something else (i guess estrogen) since i felt very depressed and wanted to cry and after a few days i started getting terrible prostatic, testicular pain and shrinking of testicles. And that came about with ONE pill only. Imagine if i took the whole 3 month treatment of 3 pills a day.

I dont know what has happened to us people that took finasteride but something is wrong with the gene that encodes 5ar i guess. Its impossible to have so many sexual and prostatic issues 5 years after stopping the drug and its further more frustrating to get more and more issues like adrenal problems and others (lately my insulin levels are getting out of whack). Moreover anytime i try something to boost testosterone even very very little, i get an UNEQUAL countereffect in my body, for example one day of boosting testo with a herbal substance can lead to serious testicle shrinkage, i mean this is totally OBSURD. It doesnt make sense, like the whole metabolic pathway has been oversensitized at some steps or probably testosterone doesnt convert to dihydro any more so readily but prefers going to the other route >>> overaromatizing to estrogen and thus inhibiting our gonadotropin axis.

Throughout this whole mess however i have reached to conclusion that only testosterone will do the trick to bring the balance in our bodies back, but, it is of utter questioning what to escort it with to prevent the prostate problems?? I guess finasteride or other dht blockers is out of the question since thats what originally caused our issues, so it must be some sort of aromatase inhibitor.

But do aromatase inhibitors help against prostate issues at all ?? or should i look into some thing like increasing the good estrogens in my body and also trying to suppress the total estrogen numbers while boosting testo??

*Oh most important of all is that since i took finasteride and stopped (that was for one montha apprx. 5 years ago my hair hasnt fall of at all. Its still there the same hair !!!! isnt this so amazingly weird?? Thats why i guess the gene encoding for the enzyme is switched off or works very very little

fina may alterer estrogen receptors in the prostrate making them more highly sensitive for some unknown reason. (theory) as dht lowers this increases free estrogen in the body. You need to look at all the other factors in relationship to this. Its great you got a full head of hair at the cost of lossing your sanitiy and man hood. I take hair club for men over piss poor sex drive, mental frustation any day.
