Puffy pecs on TRT: What to do?

I've been on TRT for about 7 weeks and I've noticed that my pecs (or breasts) are puffy (nipples are normal looking). What gives? And what can I do to reduce the puffiness? Looks like I'm growing breasts.

You 100% sure it isn't the placebo effect?

estrogen fat deposits , get some dim and do cardio and watch your diet
