To get the desired effect you need a specific amount of each ingredient..For average healh nut its fine but when there is a deeper issue it is better to take what the body requires.

so for me would it be ok to take it has pretty much everything i need and some extras would save some money cause ive spent boat loads on this so far.

Stick to what works once we do the iodine urine test then we can add in iodoral as this will take care of the DIM and is alot cheaper.
