Default Retrograde Ejaculation - Anyone know how it's treated

I haven't been able to ejaculate in years and it's extremely frustrating. Masturbation and intercourse don't work, only oral sex does but, although my wife is a very accomodating woman, I don't think she wants to give me BJ's for the rest of our life together. I think I figured out that it's called retrograde ejaculation, but that's my only guess. Saw two Urologists and one actually asked me why it's that important. Has anyone ever experienced this and know how it's treated? Thanks

Are you having
enlarged prostate
difficulties in urination?

....
using

Flomax
Hytrin
Urotraxal

may cause retrograte ejaculation.
-----------------------

There are two sphincers on prostate.
One next to bladder
the other on the other end of prostate

The one at the bladder may relax excessively and cause retograte ejaculation.

I could not use Flomax for that reason.
Urotraxal is not causing this.
Newer tried Hytrin.

No issue with the prostrate. My urine stream isn't super powerful but it's fine. I tried Flomax, and all it did was cause gastric problems. Proscar did absolutely nothing. I'm considering surgery but wanted advice from those that have undergone it.
