With a normal CBC and differential could I rule out lyme as the cause of my low lh and fsh?

What are the main symptoms of lyme?
I have no arthritis or aches at all. No head pains, and also no tingling of fingers.

My question still stands....

why guess and worry about lymes disease (especially when symptoms overlap with ALOT of disorders) when you can just get a pretty accurate test to find out.

Pretty sure bullseye rash is the most common symptom
