My endo wants a low dose of testosterone, I guess no clomid but whatever.
Is there a certain form of testosterone that is best?
She said on a low dose I should be capapble of a restart..
Ok sorry. Not true. You need to find a new doctor fast!
Adding exogenous T while not on a serm will not allow your body to restart your HPTA.
BTW, does anyone know if you do a serm while on T you can keep your HPTA running? Some guy on this forum nuncaquite or something to that screen name effect said you could and supposedly had clood labs proving it. I am wondering if this really is the case though?

Not from what I have learned. CLomid or HCG maybe.
taking exogenous Test works against your natural production. Especially without HCG. I know how bad you feel and taking test will improve the way you fell immensely but long term could be irreversible for natural production
HCG if your true secondary now being secondary is a Pituitary problem by this it's damaged not shut down. I still feel you need to give your body time to come back on it's own. That Endo you seen at the Mayo is nuts to tell you at age 16 to try a little testosterone you have enough problems don't give your self more and end up on TRT for life doing this you will not be able to have kids.

Would hcg help my body come back on it's own, It's been 8 months no improvement I doubt with out anything to stimulate my pituitary it will come back on it's own;

I do think there have been a few who tried a comeback on HCG. It would be a far better choice than test in your case. Test will shut down your testes whereas HCG stimulates them to produce more. IMA

I starting to feel like a broken record and when the smoke all clears if you decided to go TRT you will look back in 6 months saying GOD I should have listen. A member here the dr's tried to do the same thing at a younger age. They started him on on 50 mgs of testoseterone a week for 4 months then tested him and said his levels was fine. When I got a hold of him he was eating fruit like a mad man very little fat in diet in wrong ratio. at 21 his t levels were 191. We started replenishing his nutrients test levels started to come up. We where going to start clomid but he wanted to get another opinon so he went to see Dr John. I last heard that he is still not doing well because he most likely went back to his old ways and never followed up nutritoinal probably why he failed. Another guy 24 T 200 and just by adjusting thyroid and adrenals his T levels are now over 700 and just fine tuning him right now.
