SSRIs can give your adrenals a rest, but after going off SSRIs, it won't be long before you probably burn your adrenals out again if you start going balls to the wall.

Don't see how they would increase sex drive, it is messing with serotonin, more like a sedative effect if anything.

Sex life will get worse on SSRI for sure.

Interested in how 5-htp worked out for you. Anyone else got any experiances regarding its use?

Im taking 5htp and ive felt the effects. Infact i think its harming my sex drive. Im taking 100mg 3 times daily. too much?

I think thats too much. I take 100mgs daily with Dexedrine and I have had an increased libido.
