Default strange question
ive noticed that one of my testicles stays higher then the other.when my scrotum is loose.but i can pretty much control.if i look and the mirror and kind of relax some it drops back to normal position but as soon as i walk it goes back up.i have no pain no swelling just way higher then normal.. any help would be great
