Question Sublingual Testosterone Drops - Methylated?

I was given sublingual testosterone drops by a doctor. The vial is from a compounding pharmacy and the label only states, "Testosterone 25mg/ml". He administered a dose (3-4 drops) in the office without first explaining what it was.

1.) Is it possible for this to be anything other than methylated testosterone?

2.) What kind of conversion to DHT would this have? Is there 5-AR in saliva?

It might be TNE so not methylated. You could just call the compounding pharm and ask.
